QA Insight ("QA Insight", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit qainsighthq.com, contact us, or ask about our consulting, managed quality engineering, automation, or training services.
Who is responsible for your information

Information we collect
When you submit our contact form or communicate with us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, work email address, company or organisation, inquiry topic, desired timeframe, how you heard about us, team or project context, message content, and later correspondence.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information generated when your browser connects to the site, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or device information, and security or diagnostic data. We do not currently use advertising trackers or website analytics.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
How and why we use information
We use personal information only where necessary for a legitimate and declared purpose, including:
- Responding to inquiries and communicating with you
- Understanding your organisation's needs and evaluating a possible engagement
- Preparing requested proposals, scopes, or training information
- Maintaining business correspondence and records
- Operating, securing, troubleshooting, and preventing misuse of the website
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims and complying with applicable law
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or your consent where consent is specifically requested. We do not use contact-form information to send unrelated marketing messages without an appropriate basis.
How information is disclosed
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only as needed to operate the website and respond to you, including to:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and processes the contact-form request
- Resend, which transmits the inquiry as an email
- Our configured business email provider and authorised people who handle inquiries
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other parties where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required
- A successor or prospective successor in connection with a genuine business reorganisation, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards
These providers may use their own subprocessors. They are permitted to process information only for the relevant service or as otherwise allowed by law.
International processing
Vercel, Resend, an email provider, or their subprocessors may process information outside the Philippines, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards intended to ensure that transferred information receives appropriate protection.
Retention
We retain inquiry and correspondence records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Ordinarily, an inquiry that does not result in an engagement is deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Records connected with an engagement may be retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for up to 10 years where reasonably required for contractual, tax, accounting, dispute, or other legal purposes.
Shorter or longer periods may apply when you request deletion, when records are no longer needed, when an active dispute requires preservation, or when law requires retention. Copies may remain temporarily in secured backups and provider systems according to their deletion cycles.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, restricted access, server-side handling of email credentials, input validation, and security controls supplied by our service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about our processing; access your information; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; object to or restrict certain processing; request erasure or blocking; receive portable information where applicable; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or complain to the appropriate regulator.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Philippine residents may also contact the National Privacy Commission.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Essential hosting, security, or browser-storage mechanisms may be used where necessary to deliver and protect the site. If we introduce non-essential analytics, marketing, scheduling, payment, or embedded-media technologies, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by law.
Children
This business website is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
