These Website Terms govern your access to and use of qainsighthq.com (the “Website”), operated by QA Insight (“QA Insight”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
About the Website
The Website provides general information about QA Insight, quality engineering, software testing, automation, managed QA, training, and possible engagement models. Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes only. It is not legal, financial, security, or other regulated professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.
Inquiries and engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not oblige either party to proceed, create a client, partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship, or make information you submit confidential. Please do not send confidential information, credentials, production data, source code, or sensitive personal information through the Website unless we have first agreed on an appropriate secure method.
Consulting, managed QA, automation, training, and other paid work will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, training agreement, or other contract. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Website Terms in relation to paid services, the separate agreement controls.

You may access the Website and download or print reasonable extracts for your own lawful, internal, and non-commercial evaluation of QA Insight's services. You must not:
- Use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that infringes another person's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting, accounts, or connected systems
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, excessive requests, or other material that disrupts or compromises the Website

Where liability arising from use of the Website cannot be excluded, QA Insight's aggregate liability will be limited to PHP 5,000. This Website limitation does not apply to liability governed by a separate written agreement for paid services.

Changes to these terms
